Applications for membership of the SMTA are welcome from all motor traders and businesses associated with the motor trade. All premises will be visited by a member of the SMTA staff prior to admission of the applicant to the SMTA; however, in certain circumstances this requirement can be waived.  To initiate a membership application all you need to do is contact  us using the button on the far right of this page which says 'Join the SMTA' or, alternatively, contact us either via e-mail info@smta.co.uk or telephone 0131 331 5510.
